Caroline Bishop – Founder & CEO
Caroline has been a freelance delivery manager and consultant for longer than she likes to admit. However, she does acknowledge that this is counted in decades. Taking IT to business teams, she has worked across all business levels, from senior directors to graduate trainees, for major national and international companies. Caroline is passionate about encouraging, supporting and championing new generations in their emerging careers. She brings enthusiasm, dynamism, tenacity, organisation and sheer childish excitement about where this is leading.
Oli Hewson – Creative Director
Oli has been involved with Baker Street Productions from the very start in 2020, first as a writer and latterly on the two Reading HSHAZ projects, Look Hear – Discover Oxford Road and Lifespring Stories, as Creative Producer. His creative ideas, direction and drive was key to the successes of these last two projects and his dedication to the participants and their stories inspired everyone involved.
Oli became Creative Director for Baker Street in September 2022.
